If your financial needs exceed traditional capabilities we will help develop a Capital Stewardship Campaign for your church. We also provide refinancing placement.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN -- To assure that "you don't run out of money", our staff will incorporate your Loan Plan budget into the design process and provide to you a NO CHARGE Rendering & Floor Plans reflecting our design solution for your ministry and budget needs.

CONSTRUCTION -- With approved plans and financing in place, we begin construction under the terms of our "Fixed Price - No cost Overruns Guaranteed Contract". Our project management team will put its expertise to work for you, making the entire experience pleasant for your organization and ensuring there are no surprises at the end of the project.
