As a leading church construction company, we have provided these ministries with turnkey church design build services including church building project planning, church design, church financing and church construction.

Throughout our management's 18 years of building churches, a streamlined approach has been developed which helps to take the church architecture and church building projects of our clients, from vision to reality, all while insuring that their risks are managed throughout the process.

Serving as church building consultants for churches, we first analyze details of the churches vision and began initial project planning efforts. These initial planning efforts are based on the churches pre-qualification for funding, which insures that the proposed concepts can be achieved financially. Our project planning services ultimately helped to provide these churches with a brief project timeframe, from signing a contract to moving into their new church buildings.

Serving as church designers we then provided no-charge preliminary designs of elevation, church floor plans and master campus layout, assuring proper functionality and allowing the churches to review their new facility in detail prior to making any financial investment. Then, once we receive the final approval of the church loan and church building designs, following any revisions, Church Design & Construction proceeds to the production of church blueprints which is typically a 3 month process.

Finally, as a church construction management team, Church Design & Construction served these churches in a variety of ways including church zoning, building permits, church architecture, church financing - and church construction by placing our highly experienced Church Design & Construction church builders team on the ground, with the church construction concluding on most of these projects within 8-9 months.
